"Good morning:  

I rarely feel it necessary to acknowledge service I have received but I think it is very important to acknowledge the exceptional service that I have received from Ryan Lane, Home Appliances, the Bay Coquitlam.  Firstly, I should provide you with some background of my interactions with Ryan over the past several years.

In 2012, I purchased a townhouse and made a number of purchases of home appliances.   The townhouse required renovations and as I renovated my new space, I required quite a few changes to what I needed and also, what I wanted.  Throughout this time, Ryan not only demonstrated great patience, he was always polite, helpful and courteous when he spoke to me.  He thoroughly researched answers to my questions and, most importantly, provided me with all the necessary information to ensure my purchases were exactly what I needed.  I felt he was consider my needs first.

Later in 2012, I needed to purchase a large quantity of TVs for work and Ryan was the first person that I called; he again provided fast and efficient service.  His attention to me as a customer was the reason we purchased 11 TVs and wall mounts from the Bay Coquitlam. 

In 2013, I again contacted Ryan and purchased a Whirlpool Cabrio washer and dryer.
 

It is now 2014 and I recently purchased another townhouse.  Without any hesitation, I contacted Ryan and completed a purchase of four major appliances.  Ryan again provided exceptional assistance. 

Throughout all of my interactions and the challenges that I have presented to Ryan, he has showed nothing but the highest level of professionalism and exceptional customer service.  He is an asset to your team and has been a pleasure to work with.  I will continue to contact Ryan for any future major home needs and would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.
